Traveling with El Paso – Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc.

General Information

Animals or Pets

  • Dogs, cats and other live animals are not permitted aboard any El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. bus with the exception of service animals.
    • Small animals are allowed to be transported with customers however they must be placed in a cage with adequate water and will be placed in the bottom luggage compartments during travel. Note - soft carrying totes will not be allowed.
    • Service animals used for the purpose of accompanying a disabled person, will be permitted to travel with the disabled person at no additional charge. The service animal is the responsibility of its owner and must be under the control of its owner at all times whether by leash, harness or carrier. The service animal must ride in the bus within the customer's space. The service animal may not travel in the aisle or occupy a seat. El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a service animal displaying aggressive behavior.

Damaged, Lost, Stolen or Altered tickets

  • El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. will not replace or grant refunds for any ticket (either In Person or Online) that have been lost, stolen, altered or are unreadable.

Smoking

  • By federal law, smoking is not permitted on the bus at any time.

Alcohol

  • Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed at any time en-route, on the bus or at stops. El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. maintains the right to refuse to transport any person or persons under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Right to Refuse Service

  • El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. maintains the right to refuse to transport any person who is incapable of taking care of himself or herself, or whose conduct is such or is likely to be such as to make him or her objectionable to other passengers.

Exception: Provisions of this item do not apply to persons who are ill and accompanied by an attendant or nurse.

Photography

  • Photography of El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. terminal, personnel and/or equipment without receiving prior consent from management is prohibited.

Seating

  • Seating aboard El Paso – Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. buses is assigned without regard to race, color, sex, or national origin.

Currency

  • All fare prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars; unless, otherwise noted

Boarding the bus

  • Passengers must arrive to the scheduled departure terminal/agency/location at least forty-five (45) minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Passengers not ready to board fifteen (15) minutes prior to scheduled departure time lose the rights to their seats.
  • Please note – during Holiday Seasons customers must arrive at least one (1) hour prior to scheduled departure time.

Checking baggage

  • Passengers must arrive at least forty-five (45) minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Upon arrival to the terminal/agency passengers should check in baggage at the ticket counter.
