In the event of excess baggage, a per pound fee will be charged. This fee is subject to the tariff for each route. Please be advised that passengers wishing to travel with more luggage than allowed may have excess baggage sent on a different departure time from their scheduled departure.
A claim ticket is required for all checked baggage. Claim ticket(s) must be shown to claim all checked in baggage. It is recommended that all baggage be labeled with a name, address and contact number.
Carry On Baggage
Each passenger may carry-on aboard the bus one (1) bag that weighs no more than twenty-five (25) pounds, which must fit either in the overhead bin or under the seat in which the ticketed passenger occupies.
Interstate Baggage Liability
El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. will not be responsible for, and will not be held liable for, any loss or damage to checked baggage.
Subject to tariff regulations. Not responsible for damage or loss of baggage in excess of $250 unless greater value is declared and excess value charges paid. Value should be equally distributed among all baggage, and in case of loss, a fraction of the $250.00 shall be paid proportionately. Seating aboard the vehicles operated in interstate of Foreign Commerce is without regard to Race, Color, Creed or National Origin. All baggage is subject to inspection and anything with additional insurance purchased may be inspected for contents.
Claim baggage promptly upon arrival at each destination. All unclaimed baggage follows the guidelines below:
Seven (7) days after arrival date: subject to storage fees
Thirty (30) days after arrival date: all items will be warehoused and will be subject to warehousing and storage fees.
Sixty (60) days after arrival date: all items become sole property of the carrier
Government Regulations and Carrier's Tariffs require that all Luggage must be properly identified. Luggage I.D. Tags should clearly show the name and address to which lost luggage should be forwarded. Additionally, the passenger's name and address must be on the inside of all luggage. El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc is not responsible for luggage detained by US or Mexican Customs. Neither assumes or accepts any liability for lost, damaged, breakage, and /or deterioration of any articles paraphernalia that is being transported. El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. does not provide baggage tags for travel.
Baggage may not be sent out on same bus as customer’s departure time subject to space available.
