Are El Paso – Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. tickets refundable?

  • Not all tickets are refundable as it depends on the method of purchase. We offer two different methods of payment for ticket purchases, Online and In Person. Online tickets are non-refundable and In Person tickets are refundable. For more information on our ticket purchasing options please click here.

What is the cancellation/refund policy for El Paso – Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. tickets?

  • Online tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In Person tickets are non-transferable and can be refunded however cancellations and/or exchanges for all In Person tickets must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure date and time and may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. In Person tickets will be considered null and void at scheduled departure date and time if not cancelled and/or exchanged and will retain no value for travel and/or refund. In Person tickets may be cancelled only one time. Both Online and In Person tickets are only valid for the name of the passenger listed on the ticket. The company may, but is not obligated to, require identification to ensure that the person using the ticket is the person attempting to board the bus. Both Online and In Person Tickets will be voided if altered.

What is the boarding policy for El Paso – Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. departures?

  • Passengers not ready to board fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled departure time lose the rights to their seats. The company may, but is not obligated to, require identification to ensure the name of the passenger using the ticket is the person attempting to board the bus. Every passenger must have a ticket in order to board the bus with the exception of children under the age of four (4) who do not have a seat and are traveling on the lap of their parent/guardian. I purchased a round trip ticket and have completed only half the trip but will not be using the other half. Can I receive a refund?

  • No. If any part of the Round Trip ticket has been used, no portion of this ticket shall be refundable at any time. You can however leave the return date open up to 90 days from the original date of purchase.

The bus was late. Am I entitled to a refund?

  • No. While El Paso – Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. makes every effort possible to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee its departure and arrival times, which may be affected by any number of factors including but not limited to: weather, traffic, or mechanical problems. El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay.

The bus was late and I missed a connection on another bus line. Am I entitled to a refund of the other ticket?

  • No. El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. is not liable for the expense of connecting bus service missed as a result of a delay. However, you may wish to contact the connecting bus line for their specific refund procedures.

The bus was late and I missed a connecting flight. Am I entitled to a refund of the cost of my plane ticket?

  • No. El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. is not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.

Where do I go to receive my refund?

  • Tickets purchased online are non-refundable. Tickets purchased In Person can be refunded (if applicable) to the original purchaser only by going to one of our terminals. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure date and time and may be subject to 50% cancelltion fee. Tickets not cancelled prior to the scheduled departure date and time are considered null and void and will retain no value for travel and/or refund.

I lost my ticket. Can I receive a refund?

  • No. El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. is not responsible or liable for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets.

I just learned of a lower fare available, but I already bought the ticket at a higher price. How do I receive a refund?

  • Fares are subject to change at any time without notification and are subject to change until purchase. Any refundable fare ticket can be refunded according to the refund policy.

I haven't used my ticket. Can I get a refund?

  • If the ticket was purchased Online it is non-refundable. If the ticket was purchased In Person, one-way and round trip tickets are good for travel and/or refund up to 24 hours before scheduled departure date. Tickets not cancelled and/or exchanged within 24 hours before the scheduled departure date and time may be subject to a 50% refund. Tickets not cancelled prior to the scheduled departure date and time are considered null and void and will retain no value for travel and/or refund.

Can I exchange my ticket for a different travel date or time?

  • Yes. Both Online and In Person tickets can be exchanged for different departure dates and/or times provided the following condition is met: Origin and destination may be changed only when the trips have the same fare value. Tickets can be exchanged only one time and ticket is only valid for ninty (90) days from the original purchase date.

I'd like to change my destination. Can I do that without paying a fee?

  • Yes. Origin and destination may be changed only when the trips have the same fare value. Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date. Tickets purchased In Person cancelled or exchanged within 24 hours after the scheduled departure date and time may be subject to a 50% refund. Tickets not cancelled and/or exchanged prior to the scheduled departure date and time are considered null and void and will retain no value for travel and/or refund. Tickets may be exchanged only one time and tickets are only valid for ninty (90) days from the original purchase date.

Can I change my travel date and time with an Online Ticket?

  • Yes. Online tickets are non-refundable but may be changed one time by calling customer service at 1-866-691-9732 (Monday-Sunday 7am - 8pm MST) or by emailing us at eplasales@gmail.com. Any exchange for Online tickets must be done at least one hour before your scheduled departure date and time. Online tickets not exchanged prior to the scheduled departure date and time are considered null and void and will retain no value for travel and/or exchange. I already purchased a ticket but now want to travel to a different destination and the ticket is more expensive. Can I cancel the first ticket and buy another ticket?

  • If the ticket was purchased online we can modify the order and update to the new destination with the remaining balance being paid by the same credit card used on the original order. If the ticket was purchased In Person, you can cancel the first ticket and receive a refund to use towards the purchase of the higher priced ticket. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure date and time and may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Tickets not cancelled and/or exchanged prior to the scheduled departure date and time are considered null and void and will retain no value for travel and/or refund. Tickets may be changed only one time within ninty (90) days from the original purchase date.
