All tickets purchased online and/or by telephone are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Every passenger must have a printed ticket in order to board the bus with the exception of children under the age of four (4) who do not have a seat and are traveling on the lap of their parent/guardian.
Customers must arrive to the terminal/agency/location they are departing from at least forty-five (45) minutes prior to their scheduled departure time.
During peak Holiday Seasons customers need to arrive at least one (1) hour prior to scheduled departure time.
Passengers not ready to board fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled departure time lose the rights to their seats.
Tickets can be modified one (1) time only within ninty (90) days from the original purchase date.
Tickets are valid for up to ninty (90) days from the original purchase date. Any extensions MUST be approved by management.
Valid Government issued photo ID along with printed boarding passes for each passenger may be required upon boarding. Exception to this is children who do not have a photo ID or who are traveling on the lap of an adult passenger.
Each Adult ticket is entitled to 100 pounds of luggage
Each Child ticket is entitled to 50 pounds of luggage
In the event of excess luggage, a per pound fee will be charged. Please be advised that passengers wishing to travel with more luggage than allowed may have excess luggage sent on a different departure time from their scheduled departure.
Each passenger may carry-on aboard the bus one (1) bag that weighs no more than twenty-five (25) pounds, which must fit either in the overhead bin or under the seat in which the ticketed passenger occupies. Additional bags may be allowed depending on space availability.
Seating aboard El Paso Los – Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. is without regard to race, color, sex, or national origin.
Fare prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars; unless, otherwise noted.
By federal law, smoking is not permitted on the bus at any time.
Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed at any time en-route, on the bus or at stops. El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. maintains the right to refuse to transport any person or persons under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
El Paso - Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. maintains the right to refuse to transport any person who is incapable of taking care of himself or herself, or whose conduct is such or is likely to be such as to make him or her objectionable to other passengers. Exception: Provisions of this item do not apply to persons who are ill and accompanied by an attendant or nurse.
Dogs, cats and other live animals are not permitted in the seating area on any El Paso – Los Angeles Limousine Express, Inc. bus with the exception of service animals.
Passengers shall claim luggage promptly upon arrival at each destination. All unclaimed luggage follows the guidelines below:
Seven (7) days after arrival date: subject to storage fees
Thirty (30) days after arrival date: all items will be warehoused and will be subject to warehousing and storage fees
Sixty (60) days after arrival date: all items will become sole property of the carrier.
